This view could be yours.
Welcome to Meadview, Arizona.  The pictures on this page are
views taken from my lot on Sandview Drive.
I have this lot for sale.  I am asking $18,500.  Should you find
that you are interested, please contact Grand Canyon West
Realty at 1-800-520-3755.

Ask about Lot #226, in Unit 9.
Below is a view to the east from Lot # 226.
The real estate company describes this piece of land as a
"VERY NICE 1.18 ACRE LOT. POWER @ REAR. GREAT VIEWS."
I describe it as:
a big, beautiful place with awesome views.
You may be wondering why I want to sell this lovely place.
Actually, I don't want to sell it.
Put it this way.  I have four lots out here in Meadview.  I am
living on one of them in a comfortable, new home, but
someday I might prefer to build a place out here in Unit 9, or
down in Unit 7.
However, they all are up for sale.  I priced this lot a little higher
than the others.  With any luck, I'll get to keep it.
Like all of
my
properties,
this one has
electricity
immediately
available
from an
existing line
across the
back side of
the lot.
Looking
east from
the lot,
you can
see one
of the
power
poles at
the rear
property
line.
Believe
me when
I say that
this is a
real plus.
Water is another story.  This site
is located in a "water haul" area.
This means that there are no
municipal water pipes out in the
street waiting for you to hook up.
Actually, much of Meadview is like
that.  Most folks have a large
storage tank buried near their
home, complete with a pressure
pump.  Inside the house, life goes
on as usual.
Water delivery is readily available
from several sources.
One advantage to this set up is
that if something happens to the
municipal supply, you still have
water!
A lot of residents out here have their own boats. From Meadview, it's only a
short drive down to Lake Mead. Kingman is an hour away to the southeast.
Las Vegas is two hours to the northwest.
Meadview has a community center with a swimming pool and various
activities available to all property owners. There is also a fire department,
emergency medical response, grocery store, hardware and building
supplies, video rental and a Chamber of Commerce with a gift shop
featuring local crafts.
My name is Jay.  I own the land that is
shown for sale on this page.  If you want to
