This view could be yours.
Welcome to Meadview, Arizona.
The pictures on this page are
views taken from my lot on
Sandy Point Drive.
I have this lot for sale.  I am
asking $8,500.  Should you find
that you are interested, please

Ask about Block 8,
Lot #24, in Unit 7.
Below is a view to the east from Block 8,Lot #24.
The real estate company describes this piece of land as a
"
Level lot with beautiful views."
I describe it as a magical paradise with terrific
views, lots of Joshua trees, and electricity on hand.
You may be wondering why I want to sell this lovely place.
Actually, I don't want to sell it.
Put it this way.  I have four lots out here in Meadview.  I am
living on one of them in a comfortable, new home, but
someday I might prefer to build a place out here in Unit 7, or up
in Unit 9.
However, they all are up for sale.  I priced this lot right in the
middle.  With any luck, I'll get to keep it.
Like all of my
properties,
this one has
electricity
immediately
available
from an
existing line
across the
back side of
the lot.
On a couple of the earlier pictures
you can see the power lines that
run along the eastern boundary.
When you are ready to build, you
will be glad that those are there.
Water is another story.
This site is located in a
"water haul" area.  This
means that there are no
municipal water pipes
out in the street waiting
for you to hook up.
Actually, much of
Meadview is like that.
Most folks have a large
storage tank buried near
their home, complete
with a pressure pump.
Inside the house, life
goes on as usual.
A lot of residents out here have
their own boats. From Meadview,
it's only a short drive down to Lake
Mead. Kingman is an hour away to
the southeast. Las Vegas is two
hours to the northwest.

Water delivery is readily available from several sources.
One advantage to this set up is that if something happens to
the municipal supply, you still have water!

That's Lake Mead in the above photograph.  I took this picture
from the lookout just outside of Meadview.
My name is Jay.  I own the land that is shown for sale on this
page.  If you want to know more, contact:
