You may be wondering why I want to sell this lovely place.
Well, I have four lots out here in Meadview. I am living on one
of them in a comfortable, new home close to the center of
town. It is very similar to Lot 213.
Someday I might prefer to build a place farther out in the sticks
in Unit 7 or Unit 9.
However, they all are up for sale. I priced this lot below the
others. With any luck, it will go first, and I'll get to keep the
other two.

short drive down to Lake Mead. Kingman is an hour away to the southeast.
Las Vegas is two hours to the northwest.

activities available to all property owners. There is also a fire department,
emergency medical response, grocery store, hardware and building supplies,
video rental and a Chamber of Commerce with a gift shop featuring local
crafts.
